Permits, licenses and certificates expire on different dates, with different agencies, under the responsibility of different people. When tracking depends on a spreadsheet or someone's memory, missing a deadline is only a matter of time.
Fines and penalties Operating with an expired license or permit exposes your business to fines and penalties from regulatory agencies.
Shutdowns and stoppages Without up-to-date documents, operations can be shut down until everything is back in order. Every day stopped is lost revenue.
Lost contracts and bids Expired certificates keep you from bidding on public tenders, signing contracts and even getting paid.
Last-minute rush and extra costs Renewing in a hurry usually costs more: rush fees, outside agents and rework for your team.
How it works
From setup to alert: tracking that works for you.
Add documents and deadlines Enter the validity of each permit, license or certificate, the agency, and who is in charge of it. For documents renewed on a schedule (monthly, yearly, etc.), the next expiration is calculated automatically.
The system watches and alerts Each document goes on alert as far in advance as you choose. The dashboard shows what is expired, expiring soon and up to date, and the person responsible gets an email alert.
Renew it and keep the proof Record the renewal with the proof attached. The history is saved and the next expiration is tracked right away.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The 30-day free trial only asks for your name and email. When it ends, you choose a plan if you want to keep going.
What happens when the trial ends?
You get email reminders before the trial ends. If you don't subscribe, access is suspended after the grace period, but your data is kept: when you subscribe, everything is back as it was.
Why are plans priced per company instead of per user?
Because ControlaDocs' value is in protecting each company. That way you can bring your team in without worrying about paying for every person who logs in.
Who receives the expiration alerts?
The person responsible for each document gets one email a day listing everything on alert or expired, until it is renewed. The alert lead time is set per document, and the dashboard shows the status to the whole team.
Can I track more than one company?
Yes. Each company has its own documents, records and users, and you switch companies at the top of the app. Your plan sets how many companies you monitor.
How does billing work?
On the monthly plan, the subscription is charged automatically to your card every month through Mercado Pago, and you can cancel anytime. Semiannual and annual plans are a one-time payment, upfront or in card installments, with no automatic renewal.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Contact support and we'll adjust your plan to the number of companies you need to monitor.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. You get a full refund within 7 days of purchase, to the same payment method.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), each user only accesses the companies they have access to, and data is stored in a database with backups. Payments are processed by Mercado Pago: we don't store card data.
